After losing my dad, clearing the house was too upsetting, thankfully after looking for local house clearance businesses I noticed good reviews for Kevin Smith. I can say I could not be more pleased with the service, Kevin is professional, hardworking, understanding, polite, and trustworthy.

Due to a change of circumstances (after initially instructing Kevin to clear the family home) we did not need to complete the job but the service we received from Kevin from the very outset was simply superb in every way. We were very distressed and he was so patient and thoughtful. Frankly words fail me (which is very unusual for me) to express my gratitude to him and his family. I would not hesitate to recommend him and he also has a rising star in the family in the shape of his daughter who answered when I phoned the family home telephone instead of the mobile.
